All inventory is located in New Jersey and is available for collection or delivery arrangements.
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds cannot be accepted once an item has been purchased.
Payment in full is required to secure an item. An item is not considered sold until payment has been received and confirmed by Orior.
Payment may be made via a secure payment link or direct bank transfer. Alternative payment methods may be accommodated upon request and are subject to Orior's approval.
Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We are unable to place items on hold without full payment.
Purchased items must be collected or shipping arrangements confirmed within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping, delivery, installation, and storage are not included in the listed price unless otherwise stated.
For both local New York City area deliveries and deliveries outside the New York City area, we can introduce purchasers to our preferred shipping and white-glove delivery partners. Shipping arrangements and costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Purchasers are responsible for confirming all dimensions, access requirements, and delivery conditions prior to purchase.
Select items may be available for in-person viewing by appointment. Additional photographs, dimensions, and condition details can be provided upon request.
The condition of each piece varies and may range from brand new to showroom sample or lightly used. Detailed condition information is available upon request and purchasers are encouraged to review all available information prior to purchase.
Floor samples, showroom pieces, discontinued items, and items with disclosed imperfections are sold as-is. Any known imperfections will be communicated prior to purchase.
By completing a purchase, the purchaser acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the condition of the item as represented by Orior.
Upon purchase, Orior will provide a sale and condition acknowledgment agreement for signature. The agreement will confirm the purchaser's acceptance of the item's condition and transfer responsibility for the item to the purchaser in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
While every effort is made to accurately describe and photograph each item, minor variations in color, finish, wear, or condition may occur.
Once an item has been collected by the purchaser or transferred to a third-party shipping provider, responsibility for loss or damage passes to the purchaser.
New York State sales tax will be applied to all purchases delivered within or collected in New York State, where applicable.
